WHO IS IT FOR: Widowed women
PURPOSE: To provide support, friendship and socialization to widowed women all ages
WHEN: 2nd Tuesday of the month, 12:30pm
WHERE: Hosted at the home of women in the group
WHAT DO WE DO: Hot Mamas is a support group for women dealing with loss. No matter what stage of life you are in, if you are dealing with grief the women of Hot Mamas is here to support you.
We focus on discussing the stages of grief and how they are impacting our ability to function in daily life. However you are feeling we are here support and encourage you. What is discussed in the gathering stays in the gathering. We are committed to supporting/encouraging/applauding each other and finding ways to enjoy life as an individual.
In addition to regular gatherings we also get together for activities and events. The loss of a spouse does not mean we stop living life. We are here to step out together! We attend plays, movies, church, and other activities together. No one should be alone, we are here for each other!
