God's Word is a great source of comfort to us, it is literally the Words of Life- but at the end of chapter 1 of James, the author gives us a challenge that should spur our whole approach to being followers of Christ. The Word is not simply something that we receive it is something that we do. James says don't just HEAR the Word, DO IT!
