Have you ever seen the “check engine” notification light up on your car? When it does, it is a warning that something isn’t quite right under the hood. The emotion of anger is the same thing, it is an indicator of emotions and feelings that we keep buried deep down. After months staying at home and in light of all the activity in our cities, anger can burst out leading us react quickly rather than respond thoughfully.
