Fan to Follower

What is the difference between a fan and a follower? Fans sit in the stands and cheer on the team- followers take the field and run the ball. God has called his followers to a life of influence but the only way to have influence for his kingdom is to get out and play the game. So we have a choice, do we stay on the sidelines where it is safe and the demands are low, or do we get into the game and and make a difference in the lives of those around us?
