12 Stones

One of the great sources of hope in trying times is remembering how God has worked in the past. When we recall his presence in other times we are reminded that he never stops working. Coming out of the desert was a time of facing the unknown for Israel. God commanded them to set up stones as a memorial to his present acts to strengthen them when their resolve weakened. We too need stones to remind us that God never leaves us alone.
